Experience
We have many years experience in rentals to expats. During this time we have learnt a great deal about all the pitfalls and problems an expat runs into during the course of their move to The Netherlands. We strongly believe that the expat needs the time to focus on the their personal and family needs during this transitory period and we can facilitate this by taking over one major problem that such a move entails. That’s why we decided to offer high quality home interiors that are easy to lease with a flexible contract that is tailor-made to individual requirements.
Personal approach
In dealing with our clients we prefer the personal approach. You deal with one intermediary who is there for you; available from 09.00h till 21.00h, 7 days a week. During the whole process we aim to meet you at least once in person so we both know who is on the other end of the line. This way we can establish a real connection and understanding of the personal upheaval such a move brings. It always differs from person to person and circumstance to circumstance.
Who we work with
We work together with local Real Estate Agencies, relocation companies and international operating companies which employ only expats. Dealing as we do on a daily basis with expats, we learn all the time how to remain flexible and calm, how to improve and how to meet the varied and constantly changing needs of the people having to deal with this emotional upheaval.
